If you love having dinner parties but get stressed out with what menu to make, use this as your next go to recipe! It is SO quick and easy and if I do say so myself, delicious :)
Salmon - buy wild raised salmon (boneless if possible) as this is healthier than farm raised Salmon
Put on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook at 400 for 15 minutes
Broccoli - This is literally my favorite vegetable recipe and I used to hate broccoli but this combo changed it all.
Cut broccoli into florets (after rinsing and drying), mix with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on cookie sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees and remove once slightly blackened
Squeeze fresh lemon juice all over the broccoli and add sliced almonds and parmesan cheese. I could eat this as a full meal!
