I highly suggest this recipe to those who love Chinese takeout but sometimes regret the feeling after devouring a whole dish.

I did make a slight variation as I don't have a spiralizer (but obviously need to get one). So instead of making zucchini noodles, I just chopped it up alongside the bell pepper and sauteed in the sauce!
